We are a brewery only space, located in Spring Grove, IL offering limited beer releases to the public for local pick-up only. While we would love it, please do not plan to come by and drink with us, we are not a taproom and cannot allow for in-house consumption, quite yet. We are excited to meet you when you come by to grab your brews!
Our beer releases are posted and announced on our website, social media accounts and our newsletter. All of our products will be available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Looking to try some Pratt Brews?
If you are interested in grabbing some beers, we offer a limited release brew schedule that is planned out for the year, in advance.
We will announce the release dates of our brews as they become available. Once released, visit our online shop to select your product. Add the product to your shopping cart and checkout when you are ready. Easy peesy!
Just as a reminder: All products are pick-up only.
A follow up email will be sent out with the available time slots for pick-ups. You can expect these to be the mornings of Saturday and/or Sunday following a release. Select your pick-up window from the times offered and swing through the brewery during that time to grab your beer.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly, via email. We will always be on-site the day of pick-ups and we can’t wait to meet you!

How it Started
Pratt Brewing Company sparked as an interest and has been forged into a passion.
We, the Pratts, currently work in Spring Grove, IL at the local forge shop, Scot Forge, where we also met. Like many, we had an interest in craft beer, and soon wanted to try our hand at homebrewing. It all started with a for-fun, something-to-learn-together, brewing class using the set up provided by our kitchen stove, in 2017.
Since then, we have been developing our signature beers, expanding our equipment beyond the stove and experimenting using all the fun science that comes with the craft of brewing. This work has inspired us towards a future brewery featuring a taproom with a rotation of our latest drafts.
Staying local was crucial to us. Our community is not only where we work but where we spend our lives and have grown our family. We knew this was the only place to begin to grow our business.
Pratt Brewing Company is honored and excited to open our doors here in Spring Grove. We cannot wait to cheers award winning beer with you all.
